What we collect: your name, phone number, address, booking details and payment status. If you use the AI skin advice, the photo is used only to create suggestions and is not saved.

Why we collect it: to book and deliver your service, send updates and handle refunds.

Who sees it: your assigned beautician sees your name, address and booking. Payment partners (Razorpay) process payments. AI processing runs on Cloudflare Workers AI.

How long we keep it: booking records are kept for tax and safety needs. Partner start selfies are kept for 30 days.

Your choices: you can ask us to correct or delete your data by writing to hello@themakeover.co.in or on WhatsApp.
