Service delivery policy

• We provide beauty services at the customer's home in our service areas in Jaipur. No physical goods are shipped.
• After booking you get a confirmation on WhatsApp and a live tracking page with your beautician's name and arrival time.
• Your beautician reaches within the booked time slot. If she is late by more than 90 minutes, you can cancel for a full refund, or continue and get ₹100 Makeover credit for your next booking.
• Every beautician is a woman and a verified ✓ qualified partner. She uses only verified, branded products.
• If the service is not as promised, tell us within 24 hours for a free redo.
• For multi-step packages (beauty journeys), every step is scheduled with you on WhatsApp; each visit is delivered at your home on the agreed date.
• If a service is not delivered for a reason on our side, the full amount is refunded to the original payment method within 5 to 7 working days.
